Mary Ann Chorzempa, Foxlee

I was in the convent for 2 years and then graduated from Regina. After graduating from Oakland I taught for 30 years with 6 years off when I had children - 4.  I taught English, drama, speech , Shakespeare, Mythology, art, choir and TV production at the high school level..  I also did the school plays for 25 years.  I retired to take came of my mom and dad who are 90 and 95.  My husband Thom just retired from Ford.  He was director of research and competitive intelligence.

These days we babysit a lot for our 3 grandchildren - 11, 7 and 2.  I have a daughter who is an engineer in California and a daughter who is a jeweler on Martha's Vineyard.  My 2 sons are finish carpenters and are struggling with the Michigan economy.
